Please Note: Some items are non-returnable and exempt from our return policy, as outlined below.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

- Your order number
- Reason for the return (e.g., damaged, incorrect item, etc.)
- Photos (if applicable, such as if the item is damaged or defective)
- Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, we will send you a Return Authorization along with the return shipping address and further instructions.
- Return Shipping: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service or mail with delivery confirmation. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or an error was made on our part.
- Processing the Return: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the return. If the item is in its original condition and meets the return criteria, we will proceed with the refund or exchange.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Customer Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind or no longer want the item, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Opened consumable items (e.g., coffee beans, capsules, etc.)
- Items on sale or clearance
- Personalized or custom items
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
5. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets our return policy requirements, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that:
- It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- If your return is approved but you paid using an alternative payment method (such as a store credit or gift card), the refund will be issued in the form of store credit.
6. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at Contact@ClivoCoffee.com to arrange for the exchange. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will offer you a full refund instead.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If the product you received is damaged or defective:
- Contact us immediately at Contact@ClivoCoffee.com with your order number, photos of the damaged or defective product, and description of the issue.
- We will offer a full refund or replacement, along with a prepaid return shipping label to return the damaged or defective product.
8. Late Returns
If you return your item after the 30-day return window, we may be unable to process a refund or exchange. In certain cases, we may offer store credit for late returns, but this is at our discretion.
